Configuration of a Masterflex 7523 series hydraulic pump via a SCB-68 to a AT-M10-16E-10 DAQ card.

Hello,

I am trying to hook-up my pump for remote control as described in the message subject. The functions that I believe I need are Start/Stop, CW/CCW, Input 0-10V, and Tach Output; these are labeled A,B,E,and G respectively in the Masterflex manual. I am led to believe that due to testing of the VI with a Voltmeter that the VI is configured correctly but my question is why doesn't it respond the way that I feel it should. I have the Start/Stop and CW/CCW as digital I/O's and the Input 0-10V as an analog Output and the Tach Output as an analog input. Please contact me at burnhm@gmail.com or in thread if you have any ideas or and experience in the area.

Hello mmgmaoio,
You might want to check out how much current you need to driver your pump. Your board can only provide up to 5mA on the analog output lines. Did you have everything connected when you measured the voltages with your voltmeter?
