Chassis could not be reserved

Hello,

I am using MAX version 5.5 on windows 7. I am trying to do a self test on my cDAQ-9191, however when I try to reserve the chassis I get the following error "Error 201251" (picture attached shows it). In addition, although I was able to add the device, the status still shows as disconnected.

Any clue on what the issue might be?? Any hint or suggestion would be awesome, thanks.

Hello Nadi,

The error you are receiving coupled with the disconnected status of the cDAQ in NI-MAX probably means that NI-MAX cannot find your device on the network. I would recommend going through the troubleshooting steps described in the knowledge base article below.
