Are PCI 6534 and PCI 6533 cards pin compatible?

From the manual I feel they are. I have an existing application, if I replace 6533 by 6534 then would it function the same as it was with minor changes here and there?

6533 and 6534 have same specifications, pinouts, configuration and setup.
The only difference is that 6533 is a RT series data acquisition device and 6534 is not. You can read that in the manual on page 1-1.
