Analog Input gives false voltage reading

I am using PCI6224 multifunction DAQ,when I try to read Analog Input voltage it saturatesand gives false reading, and when I tried to self calibrate it gives error no. 200545.Connections are according to given in manual.

What is the error message with Error 200545?

What is the voltage source that you are using?

What terminal block are you using to connect the signal?

Do you get floating data with different channels and different PCI slots?

I have attached error messege,for testing purpose I am using voltage source of 3V dc and I am using connector block CB-68LP,and I have checked connection are alright.

Are you calibrating your board in the Measurement and Automation Explorer? Do you get this error when you calibrate your PCI 6224 when the cable is not connected to the board? Try different slots and a different computer. If none of this fixes it, you might want to consider sending your board in for repair.
