An application calls a VI by reference with DAQ functions inside does not work?!

An application (appl.exe) calls a VI by reference. This VI includes DAQ functions, and that is the reason why it does not work! What can I do?

I do not want any solutions like "add dynamically VIs" in appl builder or why building an exe because it works fine in the VI. That doesn't help me.

Does the app work on your development machine or does it only fail on a new pc? If it's only on a new one, did you install NI-DAQ there? Do the DAQ functions require settings in MAX for channels or scales? You say that you don't want a solution like "add dynamic VIs". Does that you mean that you did add them when you built the exe?
