AI GND vs AI SENSE

I am using PCI 6229 , with SCC 68.

I found that the AI GND , AO GND & DGND , are all shorted together internally in the board. When providing analouge output to a certain circuit (for test) , & reading the output using analouge in , i don't know how to make connections for NRSE configuration ? What to connect to the AI SENSE , as both grounds of the circuit & the measurement system are shorted together ?
