axcelenator,

How much current are you expecting to need to protect the device against? The inputs on the NI-6525 are rated for 3.0mA/channel max, per the user manual: http://www.ni.com/pdf/manuals/371818b.pdf

I want to supply through the outputs 28V, but I concern the input of my "tested pcb" will have a problem in it's input(which is the output of the 6525). Then, infinite current will flow through the SSR of the NI and will damage it....

Is there a reason you can't put a fuse inbetween your 6525 and your PCB?
