6013 in RSE Mode

I'm trying to configure analog input channels in RSE mode in MAX. When I do and try to run the test panel, I get an error that says the RSE mode is not supported - choose NRSE or differential. Why is this?

RSE mode is not available for Basic Multifunction DAQ boards (6013/6014). The following Knowledge Base describes many of the differences between the Basic Multifunction DAQ and E Series boards.
