save PID parameters

Hello everybody ,

    I use NI-motio PCEI with MID-7652 with external optical encodeur resolution is 40.000 

I use only one axis .

The goal of application is to find the good position

So i found the best PID for my application with MAX . 

The problem is when i used Labview programm , the MiD-7652 lost the PID parameters .

I have the same problem when i shut down the computer (not the MID-7652) .

Must I need to setup the PID parameters in LABVIEW ?

Hi!

Configuring the PID parameters in MAX is meant mostly for testing and troubleshooting, if you are going to write LabVIEW code for your application you should set up those PID parameters as constants in your block diagram so that when you run your code, it uses them with the MID. When you are setting the parameters in MAX are you making sure to save them as well?

Now it is working . I just did some mistake  but now is OK
