I amn using a PCI-7342 to controla Dc motor. when i measure the output from the motion card with a scope i see high frequency noise spikes. Is there an in built feature i can use to filter the output?

Does this high frequency noise cause any performance issues with your motor? A couple things you could try are to update to the latest NI Motion driver and update the firmware on you motion card. Links below can help you through the process.
NI-Motion 8.3 - Windows Vista 32-bit/7 64-bit/Server 2008 R2 64-bit/XP 32-bit/Vista 64-bit/7 32-bit/Server 2003 R2 32-bit
How Do I Upgrade NI-Motion Firmware when Upgrading NI-Motion?

I cannot say what would be producing this with the information I currently have. Can you please answer all the questions below so I can have a better idea of what maybe causing this?
-What port do you have the scope looking at?
-What is the range of this “high frequency”?
-What is the amplitude of these spikes that you are seeing?
-What commands are you running when you see this behavior?
-What do you have connected to the motor?
-Is the noise always consistent or only when you run certain commands?
-How is exactly is this effect your motion control?
-Please attach a screenshot of the scope reading.
