Can not read index bit and home position from an incremental encoder

Hi all,

I am using C-RIO 9014, Chassis 9111 in hybrid mode.

I am facing problem in reading index bit using soft motion axis.

Also I need to know how to read the pulse count for the same hardware. Currently for a single axis motion from 0 to 0.1 in a single revolution is giving me analog values viz - 0.00 - 0.01 - 0.03 - 0.05 - 0.08 - 0.09 - 0.1

can some one help me out?

Hardware details - motion control device is NI 9516, Encode is a quadrature encode with 10000 PPR.,
