I use only one axis with servo motor

Hi k-usa,

Please make sure that all the hardware is set up, make sure that the enable switch is in the correct position:

http://www.ni.com/pdf/manuals/372902b.pdf#page=6

Also please try to make sure that you can run the motor in Measurement and Automation Explorer  (MAX) before running it in LabVIEW:
http://www.ni.com/pdf/manuals/372324d.pdf#page=22

One thing to note is that this configuration is not the one you want, but will give you a rough idea of how to change setting in MAX.

Hi henry_huang,

This post is a few years old. I would recommend making a new post on the forums to achieve more visibility.

I found the solution.

Open the NI-MAX, select your devices

and clip the "Initialize" button.
