Would you like to take part in the next round of certification exams? We’re looking at having the exam on Monday, 11/7 at Digalog.
- Are you interested? If so, please contact David Garcia (512-683-0215 or David.Garcia@ni.com) to get payment arranged. Once that’s complete, our certification team will send us the exam packet for you.
- Rick Wagner (rwagner@digalogsys.com) has offered to lead another CLD study group (see details below). Please let Rick now if you’re interested. If he gets a critical mass, it will go forward.
Exam Details
- Location: Digalog Systems Inc. 3180 South 166th Street New Berlin, WI 53151
- Exam Date: : Monday, 11/7/2016
- Exam Time: 12pm - 4pm
- You must bring: power cord and power strip sufficient for your computer setup that you are bringing (with LV full version 2011 or newer)...feel free to bring extra monitor, mouse, etc
- Exam: We will provide each of you with a folder containing a USB drive with LV project with files for the front panel (info link for more details)
- Restrictions
- No internet access during exam
- No using phones/tablets
- You are encouraged to use shipping examples/frameworks and LV help, but no pre-written code or frameworks are allowed (they check)
- No remnants of the exam files are to remain on your computer
- No getting help/advice from anyone during the exam
- Talking with others about the exam content afterwards is prohibited.
Study Group Details
- Meets each week on Saturday from 7 AM – 11 AM
- Consists of running through challenges and grading them after
- Six total sessions, first would start 10/7
- A highly recommended book for study before and during study sessions is “Effective LabVIEW Programming” by Thomas Bress
