Since this is a DAQ question more than a Measurement Studio for VC++ question, I'd recommend you repost it to the DAQ forum.

Make sure you have installed support for Visual C++. You do not need to uninstall and reinstall NI-DAQ to add this support. Simply, run the NI-DAQ Setup and select to add support for Visual C++. This should fix this error. Let me know if it does not.
