Hello jhuang,
Here is an official document from Microsoft on the compatability of VB6.0 with Windows 7. However, we do not provide support for VB6 when using Windows 7. I would suggest sticking with Windows XP.
Thanks,

I am running VB6 SP6 - no Measurement Studio - in Windows 7 Professional 32-bit, and it seems to run okay.

I only have an earlier version of Measurment Studio.
According to http://www.ni.com/mstudio/legacysupport/ the newest Measurement Studio won't work for VB6.

If you have a license for the newest Measurement Studio, you can apparently get the legacy version from NI that will work with VB6.
However, you might want to considering upgrading to VB.NET
