I can't Install CW+ VC6++(SP4)

I just received Measurement Suite 2000 ProTsEd

I Install LV6i, CW, CVI and some other tools without problems, but I can't
Install CW++!!!

Installer say Need VC++6 and >SP3

My OS is Win2k Prof SP1

I have VS 6 SP4, VS .NET Beta1, MS Office 2K Premium SR2 and Office
Developer 1.5, BC++ Builder 5 enterprise

!!! But Installer say Need VC++6 and >SP3.

At home I have same system without VS .NET where problem was I supposed,

But result is same:

Installer say: Need VC++6 and >SP3

Any suggestions?

I had the same problem. Try install CW++ in following steps:
1. VC++ SP3
2. CW++
3. VC++ SP4
