ComponentWorks++ controls not visible/missing

ComponentWorks++ controls not visible/missing

I am able to use the ComponentWorks++ controls just fine when creating
a dialog as an .exe, but when I make the dialog a DLL the controls don't

show up. All the standard VC++ controls are visible, though.
