找不到DAQmx task与DAQmx user control

请问为什么我的.net 2003中
文件》添加新项》measurement studio目录下无DAQmx task与DAQmx user control?measurement studio是贵网站上下载的最新版，评估版，visual studio .net 2003没有装msdn，只是装了软件，使用的数据采集是贵公司的usb-6251，所以装了这个驱动。情况就是这样，想做一个采集系统，利用VB中调用measurement studio并可以多次采集，现在遇到无法再VB中不能添加DAQmx task和DAQMX user control的问题。请帮忙解决，谢谢！无电话，解决方法亦可以发到邮箱810881581@qq.com。
