problem with cwimaq.ocx

Hi,
i have a c# project in visual studio 2005, i add a reference to  a imaq component and then i add the CWIMAQ component  in the tool box. When i drag and drop the component in my form i have this error: impossible to import the activex control. Make sure that it is recorded correctly.
I digit the regsvr32 command to register the component but i receive the same error. Why?

you could try to do 2 different things.

1) Make sure you run the License Fixer utility that you find on this web page. This will check if all the CW licenses are ok or if there is any problem with their registration.

2) After you have check licenses with the tool above, test the behaviour of the CWIMAQ.ocx control in a different environment. Here is a link that explains how to use ActiveX controls in Excel

It is not clear if you are using Measurement Studio or not. Just try the 2 things above and get back to us with what you get.

i try the 2 things but with the MeasurementStudioLicenseFixer the only component that is register is a 3DGraphControl, but when i test the CWIMAQ ActiveX i can insert correctly the control in the excel worksheet.
The error in the attachment refer at visual studio 2005.
