I am trying to reuse software and need to install CWAnalysisControlsLib.dll when installing Measurement Studio 2013 for VB 2010.

Is that an NI dll, a third-party dll, or one you wrote yourself? You should be able to just reference the DLL in whichever project calls functions from that DLL.

A lot of our ComponentWorks DLLs are no longer installed with MeasurementStudio 2013; you'll need to install an older version of MS and then get the DLL from that installation. What version of MS were you using prior to MS2013?

I was able to find cwanalysis.ocx in the MS 8.1.2 install; is the ActiveX server what you're looking for?
