crystal reports labview

I am trying to do a report with LAbVIEW for a project that I am working on. Currently I am using WORD report toolkit and it seems to be doing a good job. However it requires me to install MS office on the test machines where my program will run. Also I am very interested in using crystal reports and interfacing them with LabVIEW. Has anyone done this before ? If so, could you please post a simple example ? Thanks

Hi ,

If you are using LabVIEW 7.1 then you can goto C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 7.1\examples\comm and open CrystalReport.llb.

Hi,

I could not locate any Crystal reports example with LabVIEW 8.0 but I would still suggest looking at the LabVIEW 7.1 Crystal Reports example. It will give you an idea as to how to interface with Crystal Reports using LabVIEW.
