SnapMode="NearestPoint" discarding hidden plots

Hi,

 

I have a problem when I try to drag my cursor through different ScatterPlots by mouse. My problem is that if there is any hidden ScatterPlot, its points are also available to be selected and I only want to allow selection of visible plots.

 

I have set SnapMode as "NearestPoint".

 

Can anybody help me?
