Slider with multiple slides / thumbs

Howdy,

I'm intersted in picking up Measurement Studio for WinForms and was curious if the Slider was like the one in Labview where multiple thumbs / sliders could be setup to do ranges with infill options.

Yeah, you are spot on with this suggestion. I went ahead and installed the demo and it does not look like multiple thumbs can be added, though I would still appriciate an official answer from NI. Why aren't there any nice range sliders for WinForms!?!?

While we do not have the inherent ability to add a second slide on a Windows Forms slide control like LabVIEW, it is still possible using our classes to do it. However, it may take a fairly significant amount of effort to implement it, as that would be a custom addition to the control. If you are interested in adding this feature, I would suggest looking into the cursor class.
