Do you have Keithley 2400 IVI driver KE2400_32.dll C# wrapper?

I download Keithley 2400 IVI driver at http://www.keithley.com.cn/support/data?asset=16504

But it only support vb6. The driver dll is C:\Program Files\IVI Foundation\IVI\Bin\KE2400_32.dll

 

I search the forum, Measurement Studio Instrument Driver .NET Wizard could generate the c# wrapper of IVI driver.

Unfortunately, I don't have measurement studio.

 

So, could someone give me a help to generate a C# wrapper for KE2400_32.dll?
