Do not reset instrument while create MessageBasedSession instance

I use 

mbSession = (MessageBasedSession)ResourceManager.GetLocalManager().Open("GPIB0::16::INSTR) to create an instance. However, after this instance created the 
instrument will be reset every time. So could I do something in such create instance process to avoid instrument reset? Thanks!
