As already mentioned in your other post, use the Support link at the top of the page and the information there. This board is for an old product called Measure and is not a generic dumping ground for questions.

The Support process does not tell you to post to this board. You are wasting your time and more importantly, mine by doing that. There are links there to contact an engineer and phone numbers. You are also probably wasting your time by trying to contact anyone at NI on a Saturday.

 

I was polite and informative in telling you that your posts here were incorrect. If you make a mistake and cannot accept that, then I feel sorry for you and your coworkers.

Dennis is 100% correct - this is not the right place to do this. Please click the Support button at the top and get in touch with an engineer about your hardware issue.
