how to plot intensity of an image in a matrix format. I have an image of 7296 X 6000 pixels. I would like to compare this matrix with the next acquired image of same size.
Histogram only gives the no. of pixel for a given intensity. This is not helpful to compare pixel in a given XY co ordinate.
Please let me know how I can achive this.
