你好以下是我的測試系統

tester:IP750

L/S: ITOS

handler:epson-7000

當tester GPIB 488.2分別連接L/S and handler ,測試中會偶發性GPIB time-out,而tester 得到GPIB time-out 為L/S端time-out

實驗1:不使用handler傳輸訊號以壓測loop 1000次接不會GPIB time-out

實驗2:upgrade tester and L/S connect driver(Teradyne OEM) the GPIB time-out 變成可忽略並不會導致GPIB driver disconnect(L/S) from measure.

實驗3:更換tester backup HD,GPIB time-out 跟實驗2一樣，說明與upgrade driver 無關

問題1:以前在測試這個產品，好像只發生一兩次，中間客戶的程式有更改版過三次，最近有說明GPIB 的寫法都是一樣的，請問這個time-out 是不是會越測越頻繁?

問題2:tester GPIB 連接兩個儀器，是不是需要安裝什麼穩定的程式?

問題3:handler 系統為windowNT ,其他兩個為windowsXP,是否就是這個系統不同造成的?若是的話怎麼以前不會發生，是否有其他方法解決

問題4:以前你們有爭對客戶解決過類式的問題?

Tester  我已經換過兩個IEEE488.2

L/S我換過三張GPIB，另外還換過一台PC

真的不知道該怎麼解決，請問有更好的建議??

This board is for a product called 'Measure'. It is an add-on for Excel. I have no idea what you are asking except it is somehow related to a Teredyne tester and GPIB, but there is a GPIB board and language specific boards that you can post to if you do not speak English.

Thanks for your idea,because the teradyne vendor no idea for this issue.

So i request the NI company to solve.
