connect reference for twain labview

how to set Twain reference 

i have a scanner and need to control it via labview using twain driver ..the issue in how to set the reference in the code 

any help plz

if you install driver well and also if you have related active x ( i do not have it )
in active x box you can select a scanner for creating reference
