circle detection detects fake circles

Hello,

I am trying to count the number and the size of circles in a video. But Labview is considering circles that doesn't exist based on 2 dark points to draw a circle. I attached the VI and a video sample. Could you help me to find the right number of circles by making the detection more strict for instance.

I run your code and I got a positive result, all the circles on the video are being detected. Can you attach a screenshot of the fake circles.
