Welcome screen not updating Recent list

For some time now, when starting VBAI 2010, the list of "Recent inspections" under "Configure inspection" has not been updating forcing me to use the browse option.  I found the list in Vision Builder.ini and modified it, i.e., pared in down a bit,  and while my modification show up, VBAI does not update the list to show the most recent inspection configured when I close said inspection.  Any ideas on how to "reset" the Welcome screen?

Well apparently editing Vision Builder.ni did the trick after all, but only after I restarted my workstation......to my delight, my welcome screen is now updating again.
