Problem in image acquisition

I'm using a Hitachi ccd , which worked fine until yesterday, suddenly I have an error "IMG_ERR_VLCK - can't lock on video source (error 1074397153)" appearing everytime I press acquire,

the cable looks fine so does the pins, the dc is also ok , I don't know what happened
I tried the solution written in the common errors, and still nothing.

can anyone help me please ?

Which has multiple troubleshooting techniques.

As it has worked before, have you installed any new drivers or made any changes to the settings of the camera file or the camera itself? If not, it may be a hardware issue in which case do you have another camera, frame grabber, or cable to test?

well I haven't installed any new device , but the computer is a little bit old and most probably have a virus or a trojan, do u think this could be the reason??

I'm not sure if a virus could be the reason, do you have another computer you can try?
