Pattern Recognization Search missing

I recently reformated a computer while saving my VI's to a thumb drive and don't have access to Match Pattern or the miniuim match function. Thankfully I did crop "screen shots" of NI Max if I did have a problem with drivers.  The bottom picture is of NIMAX before I reformated and the top one is later.  Is the reason why the match pattern not registreing upon bringing the code to labview because the drivers are not the same? As shown through NI MAX the NI versions are the same. 

Is this a correct assumption?

The Match Pattern VI is included as part of the Vision Development Module (a LabVIEW add-on), which should be listed as an item underneath the LabVIEW entry in MAX if it's installed.
