Nonlinear Filter, execution speed too slow

 i've  tried to build an adaptive, local noise cancelling Filter, but the excution time is desperate, any ideas how i can speed it up?

 

The Equations are as below. For a 3x3 Window it took around 100 seconds to finish the job. My image resolution is 3264X2448.

Need some help here.

I send you vi that could help you. this is not exactly your required code you have to use some mask image in your code for  this vi to get finally your code but it will help you to use faster method for do what you want
