MAX Cannot detect Mikrotron MC1362 camera

Hi,

 

I use a Mikrotron MC1362 camera together with an NI1433 framegrabber. All the software, MC Control Tool, MAX, and our LabView code, cannot detect recognizable video source. However, the LED light is green on the camera indicating that the power is on. The driver for the camera is updated.

 

Any suggestions are appreciated.
