IP camera adaptor does not work with IMAQdx

I followed this tutorial http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/3D9CEA3E7B26FA4586257A56004E4507 to use my Android camera as a webcam. Everything was done perfectly. I can access my phone's camera in web browsers and Skype. IP camera adaptor also said "sucessfully" but I can't see any camera in MAX so I cannot acquire image in Labview or Vision Assistant.

Pls help me to figure out the problem.

Hi Bestest_boy,

Have you restarted MAX and any applications using the camera? Are you connected to Wifi rather than a mobile network?

Yes. I even restarted my computer. But only chatting programs can access the camera with MJPEG name.
I'm using Windows 7 (64bit), Labview 2013.
