I found error -1074360316 when set ROI of my integrate webcam

I try to set width and height(ROI) for my integrated webcam, but i found error Code at end -1074360316. I also find same error when i use videograbber card with pci slot in my desktop. My device detected in MAX as NI-IMAQdx device. and  i can't change ROI also in MAX. It is disabled in MAX. I have another videograber demo software using it I can change my video size and subtype independently. At other end video format change both thing together in labview. I attached my example.
