Find Circular Edge

Has somebody ever used the Find Circular Edge tool from the Vision Assistant>Machine Vision to find a circle or a ball that can be anywhere on the image?

It looks like it needs a ROI that has to be informed before it runs, but what if we don't know where the circle is on the image? Should we search all the image changing the ROI coordinates like in a matrix or is there another way?

What if we want to find multiple circles using this tool? Is there anyway of looking for more than one match or should I just make a circular mask that erases the matched circle from the image and then search again for another one?

Here are some pictures of the objects I'd like to find using this tool:

this vi is design find Circular Edge with almost same center position (position of all circle are inside each others ) and will not help you to your project also you have to use oval ROI
that consist two circle with same center but different radius to fined circle edge between them

Theodoro, Find Circular Edge works when you know the object position roughly.

Since you have many objects close to each other, you should first find their rough positions with other tools like detect object and seperating touching objects. Afterwards, you can try to Find Circular Edge with ROIs based on each object centers.
