Oh the image it's acquiring is just a continuous one from my webcam, that's why I thought I was getting the issue (Sorry if I misunderstood you). My partner actually just got it to work using the vision express VI. Results uploaded. I believe this is what I want.

 

So by adjusting the levels of the hue, saturation, and gamma we can filter out certain colors like that? I guess I need to find the exact constants that filter out green.
