Hello dear forum users,
until now I was successfully connecting a GigE-camera (eco204 from SVS Vistek) and reading frames. Suddenly there appears the error message "Error 0xBFF69031; The system did not receive a test packet from the camera; The packet size maye be too large or a firewall may be enabled" (see attached image). I checked that the camera is still connected and recognized by the "MAX", (measurement and automation explorer).
The windows firewall is off (by the way: using the camera on another computer was possible with firewall on). I tried also reducing packet size and resetting the configuration data in the MAX - the error message remains and reading frames is not possible.
Can anybody help? Is there an alternative to a re-installation of Labview?
Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately, reducing the packet size down to 1500 does not solve the problem. Are there any other reasons for the abovementioned error message?
