-Plenty of problems with your code.

-Use Error wires to enforce dataflow instead of Sequence structures.

-There are two IMAQ Read files which one is throwing error?

-You should provide the code and your images which you received error to debug or help.

-Also there are lot issues while reading TIFF file format files, How you got these images? Can you change the format to some other format?

Thanks

thanks for your reply, here is my  answer to your question:

-i have not notice the error wires,i do not think it is a key point,because the first Read Files do not work;

-both of the IMAQ Read Files throw error;

-i will provide them in the accessory;

-i got those images by a camera made by ourselves, i can save images in fit format, but i have not seen knowledge about reading fit files in labview, is there another way read tif files in labview? in fact, i can read those tif files in matlab using imread function. i tried to use MathScript and imread to read the image,but i have found that imread in MathScript does not support tif format, it just works for jpg,bmp and png.

-My first point is referring to this: http://www.ni.com/newsletter/51735/en/

-Try uploading the images in Zip.

-I saw you were trying to calculate mean? There are VIs available in LabVIEW itself no need for Mathscript(Look into https://zone.ni.com/reference/en-XX/help/370281AC-01/TOC56.htm)

Thanks
