Control IDS camera using Labview

Hi all,
My name is Noy and I'm a student in my last year and I'm working on my final project.
In my project I tracking eye movements: voluntary and involuntary movements and analyze them. For this purpose I am using an IDS camera: UI-122LE (usb 2).
I have two problems:
First, in order to be able to see the fast movements I want to use the maximum frame rate of this camera-87 fps.
I tried to set this frame rate but when I use an indicator to see the real frame rate it's only 43.5 fps and i don't understand why.
Second, I using buffers in order to be able to save some frames in the camera memory and then transfer all of them together to the computer, but when i do that and try to see the image I get in one of the buffers I don't get any image unless I choose to see the image in the last buffer.
Can anybody please help me?
thanks a lot,
noy.

Noy,

Unfortunately it seems that you're using a .NET dll published by the camera manufacturer, so questions about the functionality of their code would likely be better answered by them.
