Hi all,

Please, here i have some program performing two different process. I have only one camera and i need to set the camera exposure time for example to 200 microsecond to perform the first process ( this process takes about 30 seconds). After that the exposure time should be changed to 400 microsecond to perforom the second process. that is easy if i have 2 cameras . So please can you help me to change the exposure time to the desired value after the first process finish.

well you're doing it at the start... you simply have to do it again using the same IMAQdx property node between the 2 processes.

I've modified your VI to do it, take a look and try it out.
