Can't open VBAI 2012 / VBAI 2013

Hi,

I have installed a VBAI 2012 (Evaluation mode), but i can't open it

It's blocked on the splashScreen 😞

OS: Win7 64bits

I have also tried the 2013 Version, but some problem ...

Could you further explain what you mean by it is blocked on the splash screen? Does it simply freeze here and not proceed? 

Check NI License Manager and make sure the license status is what it should be. 

Also try to do a repair install or uninstall/reinstall, does this change anything?

This can happen when the NI mDNS Responder Servcice is not running. Click Start, then type "Services".

In the Component Services window that opens, select Services (Local) on the left pane, and verify that the NI mDNS Responder Service is started. If it is not running, double click on it, and click the Start button.

Yes, the NI mDNS Responder is stoped, thanks for your help.

After starting the service all is OK.
