Hello. I want to know how to get the distance in cm from two objects using NI myRIO and DaNI Starter kit. I have done all things from motion to image acquisition and processing. I have the value in pixels between two objects in real time, also I can use the distance traveled by robot and as far I know there is a formula for getting the distance in cm between the objects in real time, using those information. Does anybody know which it is?
that is easy , you have to find pixel ratio measure one known distance in real world and then divide it to related pixel distance in image ,after that in that plate that you do measurement you just need to find distance in pixel and multiply to pixel ratio
