Basler camera not recognised as a camera device with MyRio in MAX

Hi

If i connect the basler ace camera directly to the computer, it works and i can take pictures, i can change the driver, change the image parameters, etc.

I'd like to use the same camera with MyRio (and it worked some time ago), but only i can see it as a usb raw device. (see pic below)

Any solutions to make it work as a camera device?

Thanks a lot,

first check if your myrio support that kind of camera or not
"The NI myRIO-1900 USB host port supports Web cameras that conform to the USB Video
Device Class (UVC) protocol as well as machine vision cameras that conform to the USB3
Vision standard and are USB 2.0 backward compatible. The NI myRIO-1900 USB host port also
supports Basler ace USB3 cameras.
The NI myRIO-1900 USB host port also supports USB Flash drives and USB-to-IDE adapters
formatted with FAT16 and FAT32 file systems"
if you sure about it also check this link
it could help

That camera should work with myRIO. I suspect that you have not installed the NI-USB3 Vision camera support feature to your myRIO.
