problem about connecting opc clients to NI OPC Server

Hi

in one of my project i need to connect citect scada as opc client to NIOPC Server. but unfortunately i did not success. i should this point that both of opc client and opc server are in the same PC. i had not this problem about Kepware OPC Server.where is Problem?

i tried to connect Kepware as OPC Client to NI OPC server and  i face wiht error. i attached this error to my message.
