Using Lookout 6.7 and latest web player. I keep getting this error. Player is installed and I have gone so far as to disable all security functions on internet explorer(ver. 11). Still getting this error. On another machine, it keeps telling me to install player even though it has been installed. Restarted computers multiple times, reinstalled software. This is a simple process a pot on server and client. Any suggestions?

Any luck on this issue Brian? We have been fighting the same issue, getting the same exact popup message. May i ask what version of webplayer you are using? The newest version we have been able to find is 6.6 and the Lookout is 6.7.1
