hypertrend

I am running an old version of lookout direct 3.8 and I am having trouble with hypertrend losing traces but not all at the same time.  Some last 2 days and then they drop off and some last longer.  I want to keep these trends for years, has anybody seen this?  I have about 8 traces on this trend.

This is the nature of Citadel.  Make backups, save in CSV/Spreadheet. and ODBC into a better database (mySQL/MS SQL).

Someone posted instructions on shutting down and restarting Citadel every night using the scheduler. This keeps it from having degeneration issues.
