I cannot view the Lookout Server i created on my client computer. When i try to open it on internet explorer, it says "Could not open Service Control Manager. Access denied."
SQL Server is already running but the SQL Server Agent cannot be started and it has an error - " An error 5 - (Access is denied) occured while performing this service operation on the SQLServerAgent service."
